New Year Resolutions

I know resolutions always become the joke of a new years post, article, or even conversation but really I love fresh starts so here’s what I’m sharing for Rituals and Resolutions.

  • Write 3 pages of stream of thought/consciousness every single morning.

  • Pull Tarot cards daily to get into the pattern of reading cards more concisely and quickly. Like texting with a close friend.

  • On that note, text friends as soon and when I think of them, don’t wait or think of something to talk about just text them when my intuition says their name.

  • Reduce more processed foods from my diet, get back to cleaner eating and less animal products and less sugar.

  • Share recipes and nutritional benefits from our daily meals.

  • Cut back alcohol to one special occasion a month - there is no need to drink daily. It’s slowing me down and my creativity.

  • Yoga more frequently. 3x a week minimum. And at home cardio or HIIT workouts.

  • Read more about observable magic, a.k.a. science, specifically biology and anatomy.
