Heyy Besties!

Spent the last weeks of July in the Redwoods with friends, I can honestly say that camping with large groups can change your life. I was not expecting to care so much about everyone I met while celebrating my friend's birthday in the Redwoods. BUT! Big dinners around the campfire, sleeping in your own tent under the stars. Waking up under really big trees, I'm not joking when I say this needs to be a tradition, so if you're team camping please reply to this email so we can plan something!

Collective Homestead // Dirt Under the Fingernails

The soil report:

Trying to keep things alive while it’s still one million degrees outside but also rooted by the time it gets cold ish. 

Planning on getting tomatoes and greens started from seed, not sure what else I want to bother with this season.  Anyone interested in homesteading please reply so we can get some collective meet up dates on the calendar!

No one warned me that gophers were a thing in phoenix, or maybe groundhogs? I will report back on how I solve the problem but right now, they're pulling my last remaining plants down by the roots and it's such a waste :(
