I had the honor of photographing Kim from Gal With Gumption recently, and for her branding photos, we knew right away that we wanted a natural setting — somewhere outdoors, preferably near the water. We also knew that sunset would be the perfect time to capture her warm, grounded, and inspiring energy.

When it came to posing, Kim was an absolute natural. She led with her heart, kept her body in motion, and truly embodied her brand with confidence. Her wardrobe selections were spot-on — layered dress, thoughtful accessories, and soft, flowing fabrics that reflected both movement and ease. Everything about her session radiated her values: connection, authenticity, and alignment with nature.

As a branding photographer in Arizona, I often talk about the importance of showing up as yourself in your photos. Your brand isn’t just a logo or color palette — it’s the energy you bring into your work. Kim’s session is the perfect example of that.
